Ice Beam: Shoots a freezing ray at the enemy.

Personality: Sapphire is a shy girl at first, but turns out to be a jolly friend once she warns up to you. She could stammer at first and she will always use her manners.
When you become a good friend, she start to talk about her place, how it was like there and its beauty. She’ll also lend her special cotton to good friends- but rarely

History: Sapphire was born in a place in the mountains, with other dragon and flying type. Her father expected her to be a fighter, starting by teaching Sapphire Draco Meteor. Sapphire found out that it was fun, but it wasn’t what she was meant to do this. So then, she tried many other things, sport, aerobatics, story writing, but no matter what, no matter how skilled she was at it, Sapphire was not happy.
One day, Sapphire’s little sister broke her toy that was once Sapphire’s. She was determined to fix it. Sapphire found that she was skilled with the needle and had fun with it. She then tried making more things- toys, quilts and many more. Sapphire had found her true talent. After, she heard of a land in need with tailors and decided to go there, hoping to get her cotton product more known.
